THE ROLE
As Client Lead at Scooperz’ Amsterdam hub, you lead a portfolio of key accounts and are responsible for their long-term success, stability, and commercial performance. You ensure that our work not only meets the highest quality standards, but also contributes to sustainable growth for both the client and the agency.
With a strong background in social media and/or influencer marketing, you guide clients at a senior level, shaping direction rather than simply responding to briefs, and ensure their marketing efforts are focused, future-proof, and results-driven. You proactively identify growth opportunities, strengthen partnerships, and create clarity in complex stakeholder environments.
You are responsible for managing the commercial performance of your accounts, including forecasting, profitability, and identifying and following up on growth opportunities. You translate long-term ambitions into actionable plans, challenge briefs where needed, and ensure scope, priorities, and expectations remain aligned. From strategic account development to contributing to new business proposals, you drive progress with confidence and commercial sharpness.
You are also the one with your “boots on the ground” when it comes to execution. With strong project management skills, you ensure a smooth and structured delivery across all workstreams. You keep oversight, align teams, and proactively resolve bottlenecks to maintain momentum and quality. At the same time, you are hands-on when needed, not afraid to roll up your sleeves, step in, and make sure things get done.
In addition, you play a key role in guiding and mentoring the Amsterdam team, a small and growing team, ensuring strong alignment with the wider organization. You create clarity, set priorities, and support the team in delivering their best work, while fostering a collaborative and positive team dynamic. As a key point of contact for both clients and internal teams, you act as a trusted advisor to clients, a mentor to your team, closely collaborating with management. You bring structure, decisiveness, and perspective, knowing when to collaborate and when to take the lead.

Portfolio: ± €1.5M
Clients / brands: international and Dutch clients, predominantly global brands
Delivery: executed by social and influencer expert teams; you coordinate priorities, planning and client communication
Role: a hands-on position where you are actively involved in the execution of projects, alongside coordinating and guiding teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client management
Main point of contact for day-to-day client communication
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders
Keep communication clear, structured and proactive
Manage expectations around scope, timing and delivery
Create clarity in ways of working and priorities
Commercial & account development
Keep track of the commercial performance of your accounts
Contribute to client plans and identify growth opportunities
Spot upsell and cross-sell opportunities and follow up on them
Translate client needs into clear proposals and next steps
Development of scopes, proposals and contracts
Delivery
Plan and coordinate internal teams to ensure smooth delivery across projects
Stay close to execution and actively contribute where needed
Align priorities, timelines and expectations across teams and clients
Flag risks early and help keep projects on track
Ensure clear reporting and a structured, proactive client experience
Work closely with the Amsterdam-based team, taking the lead in guiding and mentoring the local hub
Collaborate closely with HQ (Breda) and the Paris hub to ensure alignment and smooth ways of working
WHO ARE YOU
You bring 8+ years of experience within an agency
Work experience within the field of social media and/or influencer marketing is a must
You are experienced with leading key accounts and strategic client relations
You are highly organized and structured
You are comfortable guiding and supporting teams, working closely with both internal as external teams
You are fluent in both English and Dutch
