This role is based in our Breda office, located in a beautifully designed workspace above station Breda. With its central location and event space, it’s where creativity, culture and ambition meet.

THE ROLE
As a Social Media Manager, you support the team in growing and managing the social channels of our clients, with a focus on day-to-day social media management, community (webcare) management, and social advertising. You’re passionate about what works on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn and eager to learn how to turn creative ideas into content that actually performs.
You stay on top of trends, social formats, and what’s happening in the market, and you’re always ready to jump in and help translate that into engaging content and actively manage online communities through webcare. With guidance from our Social & Influencer Marketers, you’ll develop strategic thinking for content, campaigns, advertising optimization, and community engagement.
You’re naturally organized and love keeping things on track. From supporting content planning and managing calendars to preparing briefings, ensuring posts go live on time, and monitoring community interactions, you’re a key part of keeping social media projects running smoothly and professionally.
In this role, you’ll work closely with a team of Content Creators, Marketers, and Strategists, learning from experienced teammates and growing your skills every day.
WHO ARE YOU
2+ Years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally at an agency
Hands-on experience in social media management, including webcare / community management
Understanding of paid social campaigns and advertising
You take initiative and take ownership of your work
You’re an exceptional planner and highly results-driven
You know exactly what makes brands win on social
Fluent in Dutch and English
You’re ambitious, get bored easily, and thrive in a role where no two days are the same
